One account per real person. Do not use alternate accounts, shared accounts, or accounts controlled for someone else unless staff approves it.
No automation, scripts, macros, modified clients, request spam, or tools that play the game for you.
If you find a bug, exploit, duplicate reward, payment issue, or security weakness, report it. Do not abuse it.
Do not harass, threaten, dox, impersonate, stalk, or target other players. Rivalry, syndicate drama, crime roleplay, and competitive trash talk are allowed only when they stay within game boundaries.
Do not post hate content, sexual content, gore, malware, scams, real-world threats, private personal information, or content intended to evade moderation.
Forum moderators can pin, lock, hide, warn, mute, ban, and review reports. Profile comments, signatures, covers, avatars, and vehicle showroom captions are also moderated content.
Vehicle theft, racing losses, fuel/charge drains, NPC events, syndicate wars, turf events, market shifts, and newspaper events are part of gameplay. Staff will usually not reverse normal game outcomes, but may reverse bugs or exploits.
Staff decisions are made to protect game fairness, stability, and the community. Appeals may be sent through Support.
